These terms apply when you subscribe to Ledarskapsresan 24/7. Please read them before buying — in particular the sections on the free trial, minimum term and cancellation.

Ledarskapsresan 24/7 is a digital training service you subscribe to. The subscription includes the course modules with video and in-depth reading, the tools library, reflection exercises with saved progress, an AI coach connected to your own answers, and a certificate once you complete the training.
The service runs in a web browser and requires an internet connection. Nothing is installed.
We support current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. JavaScript must be enabled, and the service uses cookies for sign-in among other things — only our own, none from third parties.
You choose the term at checkout. The price is final and covers the whole term:
InfinityStream247 AB is covered by the Swedish rules on VAT exemption for low annual turnover and is therefore not VAT-registered. Prices contain no VAT, and no VAT is stated on the receipt.
If our VAT status changes, it does not affect subscription periods you have already paid for.
Payment is handled by Stripe, a certified payment provider. We never store full card details — they are handled by Stripe. Receipts are available under My profile.
Every subscription starts with three days at no cost. You get full access immediately. No payment is taken during the trial.
Cancel within those three days and you are charged nothing. Continue, and the amount for your chosen term is charged when the trial ends.
When the free trial ends, the paid term you chose begins. You then pay for the whole term of 3, 6 or 12 months and are committed to it. The shortest term you can choose is 3 months.
The subscription renews automatically for the same term until you cancel.
Before a term renews automatically we remind you by email, at the latest one month before the date by which the subscription must be cancelled to avoid renewal. The reminder states the renewal date, the new term and the amount.
The price for the next term is stated in that reminder. If we change it, we will tell you in good time before renewal so you can cancel before the new term starts. You do not need to keep track of the price list yourself.
You cancel yourself under My profile, via Manage subscription. You do not need to contact us.
When you cancel, the subscription does not renew. You keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for — you never lose time you have paid for.
As a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw from the contract under Swedish distance selling law, counted from the day the contract was concluded. The withdrawal period runs independently of the free trial — the seven free days neither extend nor shorten it.
You withdraw under My profile, where a dedicated function is available for as long as the withdrawal period runs. When you use it we immediately send a confirmation stating the time we received your notice.
When you exercise the right of withdrawal, your access to the service ends. If you have already paid, we refund the amount without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, normally using the same means of payment you used for the purchase. If no payment has been taken — which is the case during the trial — there is nothing to refund.
We make no deduction for the time you have used the service, even where the law would permit one.
You may instead use the standard withdrawal form from the Swedish Consumer Agency, or simply email us. No particular form is required.
Withdrawal and cancellation are two different things. When you exercise the right of withdrawal you withdraw from the contract and your access to the service ends; it is available during the first fourteen days. Cancelling instead means the subscription does not renew when the current term ends.
You do not have to use this form, but here it is if you want it. Complete and send to info@lr247.app.

The subscription gives you personal access to the content. Your login is yours and must not be shared.
The content — text, video, tools and exercises — belongs to us and must not be copied, redistributed or used in your own training business without our written consent.
The AI coach is an AI system. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors — treat them as you would advice from a colleague, not as a definitive answer.
The training and the AI coach support you in questions of leadership. They do not replace legal, medical or employment-law advice, and they do not make decisions for you. What you do in your professional role remains your responsibility.
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced when it affects use. Temporary outages and planned maintenance do not affect your rights under mandatory consumer legislation.
The Swedish Consumer Sales Act also covers digital content and digital services. Throughout the term you have paid for, we are responsible for the service working as agreed.
If the service is defective you have the right to complain. Contact us and we will first try to remedy the fault. Depending on the nature and extent of the fault, you may be entitled to remedy, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.
Your rights under mandatory consumer legislation are not affected by these terms.
If we cannot agree, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow their recommendations.
The service develops over time. We may change, add or remove features and content for technical, security, legal or functional reasons — for example to fix vulnerabilities, adapt to new legislation, change supplier, or improve the training.
If a change means more than a minor impairment of your access to or use of the service, we will notify you by email in reasonable time before the change. You may then have the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect under the Consumer Sales Act.
If you terminate for that reason, we refund the prepaid fee for the remaining part of the contract period, in accordance with the law.
We may need to change these terms, for example as the service develops or legislation changes. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
Swedish law applies to the agreement. As a consumer you always have the protection given by consumer legislation, regardless of what is written here.
